We are ideally looking for a person with a combination of M&A experience and domain knowledge of the technology sector or leader of the finance function in an IT service company.  
As a Head of Corporate Development, you will be at the forefront of N-iX global expansion, working with multiple work streams and stakeholders. This is a tremendous opportunity to prove yourself and unlock the new growth frontiers for the company. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct researches of IT landscape in the countries of N-iX interest
  • Identify targets, conduct initial communication and information exchange
  • Produce in-depth analysis of selected companies to provide insights regarding potential acquisitions
  • Make internal presentations and engage N-iX stakeholders
  • Arrange work with external consultants and partners
  • Drive a deal through phases together with senior N-iX executives and other corporate functions 
  • Coordinate post-deal integration process
  • Analyze and structure personal investment opportunities for the Shareholders

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Master degree in Economics or Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in M&A field or in Big 3 consulting firms, or in a similar role in a technology company 
  • As a second possible career path - 2+ years of experience in a CFO role with a controlling or a FP&A  background in IT service company  
  • Experience with technology business is a must requirement
  • Understanding of M&A processes, customs, and terminology
  • Outstanding skills in structuring and presenting information
  • Experience with financial modeling
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, talent for building productive relations
  • Proven track of working under pressure and with different types of stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across various business groups
  • Energetic, self-motivating type of personality
  • Excellent level of English
