Senior Vice President of Delivery (#16005671)

We are looking for a hands-on leader with an extensive experience in the software development outsourcing industry. The one who posses entrepreneurship mindset and a get-things-done attitude. As a senior manager in the company you will have the opportunity to contribute to the company strategy and thought leadership.
Your primary focus will be growth of your business division through acquisition of new logos and development of the current client portfolio; scaling existing and development of new services and expertise. You should also understand what service delivery excellence is and its importance for business growth, be able to scale delivery organization structure bearing quality of services in mind. The ideal candidate should also have a decent background in technology and software engineering practices. 

Job Purpose 

• Own P&L to ensure healthy growth of the department - achievement of short and long term business goals, balancing operating costs and investments into sustainable growth.
• Facilitate growth of our Delivery capabilities across Latin America.
• Business development and new logo acquisition both within defined and undefined/changing markets by leveraging existing services, technology, and business domains expertise.
• Building and leading highly performing and scalable leadership team in the department.
• Define Account Development Strategy and drive contract negotiation for Strategic Accounts.
• Manage Customer Expectations and relationships with the Client’s C-Level stakeholders. 
• Leading design and launch of new services,  business, and technology expertise.  
• Initiating and leading Company-wide strategic transformative initiatives.
• Ensuring smooth cross-company collaboration.
