Senior AWS DevOps (#16067576)

Requirements:

• At least 4+ years of DevOps experience using AWS
• Working knowledge of Terraform, Hadoop
• Be a team player in a multi-national team

• Highly desirable: experience with Cloudera CDP/CDE

Responsibilities:

The main goal for this role is to execute migration of Spark application from Cloudera on-premises deployment to AWS:

• Understand current application structure and deployment
• Work with Cloudera architects on the architecture of the AWS deployment
• Make recommendations for improvements to the current solution
• Assist with the evaluation of the alternatives (EMR vs Cloudera CDP)
• Prepare infrastructure using Terraform
• Build deployment pipelines
• Execute migration and support the client during the process
