Project Manager (#159)

We are looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to join our team in Poland. 

Our California-based customer is an American global e-commerce leader, one of the most popular and successful websites on the Internet. It provides platform services by connecting millions of sellers and buyers in more than 190 markets around the world. 

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing an innovative cloud-based livestreaming project to shape the future of global e-commerce. Our goal is to personalize the online shopping experience, engage customers with more ways to interact with sellers, and automate processes to increase buying satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Agile methodology and SCRUM framework implementation
• Work with cross-functional team on successful project delivery 
• Carry out monitoring to track project parameters (scope, budget, schedule, and quality)
• Communicate daily with stakeholders to share project status and identified issues
• Perform risk management activities on a regular basis
• Implement quality management practices with accordance with industry standards
• Establishing smooth processes and executing process improvements
• Plan, staff, lead and motivate a project team from both internal and external stakeholder organizations
• Manage team’s performance, provide feedback and work on personal goals

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing complex software projects with international clients 
• Sense of urgency and dedication to meeting requirements according to the project plan and stakeholders needs
• In-depth experience with Agile methodologies in practice
• Experience in CI/CD release process organization
• Solid soft skills including business savviness, communication, and problem solving
• Advanced English written and verbal communication skills (C1/C2)
