We are looking for an HR Business Partner (internal corporate functions) who can build sustainable professional relationships and can act as a trusted HR partner to company managers.

The position formulates partnerships across the company's corporate functions to deliver value-added consultancy and support to managers and contractors that reflect the business objectives of the organization. In this position, you will translate the business agenda into talent plans and drive for results by building organizational capability and performance. 


  • Work closely with Managers to effectively diagnose organizational issues and be a partner to solve them
  • Work closely with Managers on contractors’ onboarding, performance, engagement and retention
  • Manage employment records related to retention, promotion, performance management, transferring and termination
  • Help develop talent and succession plans for critical pipelines and leadership roles
  • Manage and resolve complex contractors’ relations issues 
  • Ensure compliance and efficiency with Company policies and procedures, provide HR policy guidance and interpretation 
  • Provide department required reports, metrics, and information


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HRM
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a quick moving
  • Ability to manage complex and ambiguous situations and independently drive to solutions
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Business Acumen 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English
