Our customer owns network of gas stations, restourants, etc. in Ukraine. Main project goals: support mobile app, redesign mobile app and modernize architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize business processes in the BSS area (billing, ordering, provisioning, etc.);
- Develop requirements for system functionality;
- Prepare business requirements;
- Participate on meetings with stakeholders and technical teams to gather and clarify requirements;
- Translate technical language into business language to ensure clear understanding of requirements and solutions;
- Translate business language into technical language to ensure clear understanding of requirements by technical teams;
- Participate in testing and implementing new features
- Find solutions to complex business problems and processes;
Required Background, Skills and Knowledge:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in mobile and retail field;
- Knowledge of business process analysis methodologies (BPMN, UML);
- Experience working with JIRA and Confluence;
- Ability to clearly communicate technical information to business stakeholders;
- Ability to translate technical language into business language and vice versa;
- Ability to work in a team and focus on results;
- Analytical mindset and ability to find non-standard solutions.
