We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Business Analyst who will be responsible for bridging the gap between our development team and the library consumers. You will be the primary point of contact for stakeholders and will work closely with them to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks. As a product owner, you will drive the development of web components, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and contribute to the overall success of the project.

You will be joining an experienced and well-established team that supports the R&D department of our client. The team's main focus is to analyze, develop, and enhance the company's products and software development frameworks.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Product Owner for the Web Components Development Stream, representing the interests of stakeholders and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality web components.
  • Collaborate closely with library consumers and other stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into user stories and development tasks.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and active listening skills.
  • Work closely with the project manager to plan and prioritize product backlog items, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Participate in scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements and project progress.
  • Maintain comprehensive product and project documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and other relevant artifacts.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of the web components, gathering feedback from stakeholders and making iterative improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to web development and component-based architecture.
  • Moderate meetings with Business stakeholders and drive workshops.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation about findings of the R&D team.
  • Manage backlog, plan iterations, elaborate user stories with acceptance criteria. Manage solution scope, detect and track changes. 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis/product owner role.
  • Ability to create clear and concise requirements documentation (including diagrams, UML, BPMN).
  • Attention to details, strong logic mindset, ability to identify corner cases and provide the solution for the product.
  • Strong knowledge in practices and techniques of business analysis, requirements gathering, and solutions assessment.
  • Strong understanding of web development concepts, technologies, and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional active listening skills, with the ability to understand and empathize with stakeholders' needs.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and familiarity with related tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of UX and design.
  • Advanced English both written and spoken.

  • Experience with large enterprise clients
  • Knowledge and experience with R&D frameworks
  • Experience with frontend development process and workflow  (e.g. library, framework, css, html)
  • Technical background (FE, QA) would be a huge advantage
