Middle/Senior .NET Software Engineer (Desktop, part-time) (#300)

N-iX is looking for skilled Middle/Senior .NET Engineer (WPF) who will work close with our customer on improving its platform. Our customer is a global battery company like no other. Responsibilities: 

• Managing and securing the IT infrastructure and software around BaSiCs (Battery Sizing and Configuration Software): webservers, settings and that they are up to date with the latest security; SQL databases
• Created/updated/debugged features added in BaSiCs (Battery Sizing and Configuration Software)
• Suggest and create a database structure based on the specification
• Keep the technology platforms up to date, .Net platform, security on webservers, SQL database
• Update data in the database when required
• Translate the function specifications into development specifications
• Develop the functions and test
• Overview of the solution and review dependency with the different modules
• Write clean testable code

Requirements:

• 3 + years of experience as a C# .NET desktop developer, WPF
• Knowledge of the inner workings of the .NET framework.
• Knowledge of the SQL language & database engines.
• Experience with WCF and WPF.
• Experience with Web Services.
• Knowledge of DB Design.
• Intermediate + English level
