N-iX is looking for a passionate, skilled and motivated Project Manager to join the team.

Our customer is the leading school transportation solutions provider in North America. Every day, the company completes 5 million student journeys, moving more passengers than all U.S. airlines combined and delivers reliable, quality services including full-service transportation and management, special-needs transportation, route optimization and scheduling, maintenance, and charter services for 1,100 school district contracts.

N-iX is building cooperation with the client through several projects of different sizes and durations. Currently, the account contains around 10 projects in different stages and keeps actively growing. 



  • Taking full responsibility for project execution, including estimating and planning, budgeting, and customer communications;
  • Managing several sub-teams of a big and long-term project;
  • Establish communication channels with the Client's representatives, and provide regular progress reporting;
  • Managing overall communication during Project Phases;
  • Working closely with the entire Team on project phases goals;
  • Execute the changes and perform risk management;
  • Manage team’s performance appraisals, provide feedback on performance and work on goals;
  • Work with Team Leads and other team members on project delivery analysis;
  • Resource planning and staffing. Motivating and developing a project team;
  • Establishing smooth processes and executing process improvements;
  • The assistance of the Delivery Manager in project management;


  • Upper-intermediate English written and verbal communication skills
  • 2+ years of proven experience in IT project management
  • Proven experience in managing projects with different project life cycles (waterfall or agile)
  • Proven experience in establishing all necessary processes on the project
  • Proven experience and knowledge in management scope, schedule, cost and changes on a project
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional/distributed teams
  • Experience in managing at least 10 subordinates
