MES Engineer (#423)

Responsibilities:

• As a software engineer you will be an important player in our client's dynamic MES projects.
• You will design, build, and implement software.
• Together with the lead engineer you will think about the most suitable solution for customers in the food industry. Thinking along and taking initiative is appreciated!
• Work with Wonderware software. The software is developed in-house and commissioned at the customer's location after completion of the test phase. 

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position or within industrial automation
• You think in terms of functionalities and concepts, you want to understand the context
• You are analytically strong and have good technical insight
• You like dynamics, take initiative and like to interact with the customer
• Experience with standards such as ISA88 and ISA95 is an advantage
• Experience with Microsoft .NET, C# and/or SQL Server
• Good command of English language

Nice to have:

• Experience with one or more Wonderware SCADA/MES products (e.g. Model Driven MES, System Platform, OMI SCADA, MES Operations) is an advantage
• Experience with another SCADA/MES package, e.g. Rockwell, TrakSYS, GE PlantApps, Shopfloor-Online or Siemens is an advantage
