Senior Team Manager (with Project Manager experience) (#543)

N-iX is looking for skilled, passionate and proactive Senior Team Manager with  background as Project Manager to join our team and work on multiple projects. The responsibilities will cover 2 main directions: people management and project delivery on the high level.

Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple projects and teams
• Account management (building and maintenance of relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities with existing clients, etc.)
• Perform all resource management activities. Manage team’s performance appraisals, salary reviews, development plans, etc.
• Work with Team Leads and other team members on project delivery analysis
• Resource planning and staffing. Motivating and developing a project/account teams
• Ensure teams following best practices on the project
• Establish communication channels with the Client's representatives, and ensure delivery goals are reached
• Ensure smooth processes and executing process improvements

Requirements:

• 3+ years proven experience in IT management (during last 5 years)
• Experience in managing at least 15 subordinates on multiple projects
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban is must. Knowledge of Safe and LeSS would be a plus. Scrum Master experience / certification would be a plus
• Good knowledge in project management
• Proven experience in project/account start and establishing of all necessary processes on the project/account from scratch
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Positive attitude under stressful conditions
• Upper-intermediate English written and verbal communication skills
