Functional Coordinator (#623)

We are looking for a Functional Coordinator to join our Recruitment team, who will own relationships with recruitment vendors and dedicated projects such as referral program etc. To be successful in this role, the individual in this position will need to deliver high-quality operations service,  have effective communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement approach. Responsibilities:

• Cooperation with recruiting agencies, job boards, etc.
• Strong ownership of the dedicated projects - referral program, work with applicants, bonuses
• Build effective relationships with key stakeholders (Legal, Finance, HR Marketing, etc) and external vendors
• Ensure quality and integrity of all recruitment data by performing ongoing audits
• Work with contracts, financial documentations
• Market research preparation

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role or experience in project management or operational management jobs
• 1+ experience of building strong relationship with job boards, recruiting agencies will be a big plus
• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets, Microsoft Office 
• Experience with Greenhouse system will be a strong advantage
• Good understanding of different IT markets will be a plus
• Experience in creating documentation, guidelines
• Strong attention to details
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Upper-Intermediate English level
