As Product Integration Engineer, you’ll work collaboratively within cross-functional delivery teams alongside other engineers, designers, and product managers in building software to help improve field sales. We’re looking to hire a Product Integrations Engineer to help scope, develop, implement and maintain customer data integrations. You will support SalesRabbit’s new integration marketplace, build scalable, out-of-the-box integration solutions, and drive additional third-party or custom integrations powered by our embedded iPaaS. You will also maintain and improve existing integrations to help drive customer success through adoption across our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain integrations through our low-code embedded iPaaS solution
- Serve as an integrations expert across the entire SalesRabbit organization
- Consistently conduct product discovery with users to identify integration opportunities and improvements
- Work with the Product Manager over Integrations to plan, prioritize and deliver integration projects on time and within scope
- Support the Customer Success organization by training, adopting, and implementing new integrations solutions and features
- Coordinate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to deliver new partnerships and 3rd party integrations
- Triage integration issues as they arise
- Develop and maintain high-quality integration documentation
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience setting up software or following technical operating procedures
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple integration projects and other workloads
- Experience working directly with clients; you’re comfortable explaining complex technical processes in an easy-to-understand way to contacts in varying roles and technical aptitude at an organization
- Analytical skills to measure project performance and validate success criteria.
- Capability to invent new and better ways to get things done

- A goal-oriented mindset in improving personal skills and scaling business practices
- Strong communication to keep your key stakeholders informed on Work in Progress

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to understand and interpret API documentation
- Understanding of webhooks flows and utilities
- Comfortable working with REST APIs
- Proficient using Postman or similar client tooling
- Familiarity with data structures i.e. JSON, XML, etc.
- Experience with data ETL flows
Must Have:
- Experience working with iPaaS solutions i.e. Zapier, Workato, Tray.io, Mulesoft
- Javascript and/or Python coding experience
- Experience working with SOAP, XML-RPC, JSON-RPC APIs
