We are looking for an Treasury Manager to join our Finance team.
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities in Liquidity management/Reporting area:
- Support in cash flow planning activities and transferring funds between companies
- Supporting the month-end reporting process (ensure of timely posting of treasury related documents, performing necessary reconciliations and checks according to month-end closing procedures; communication with other departments to speed up creation documents at their side)
Key responsibilities in Receivables area:
- Communication on significantly overdue invoices with clients and Delivery managers/directors
- Control over timely settlements of debts on unit levels and follow-up with delivery managers
- Preparing periodic cash collection report for management
- Maintaining of client contact database
Key responsibilities in Payment area:
- Preparing and executing payments from foreign companies
- Verifying payments prepared by others
- Communication with counterparties and internal stakeholders in relations to payments
- Raising a red flag to Head of Treasury if any suspicion
- Participate in communication and respond to foreign bank’s requests
- Preparing payment calendar
Others:
- Participation in KYC process
- Support with communication with auditors
- Initiation and management of automation of the treasury-related business processes
Requirements:
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance or related fields
- At least 5 year of related experience, preferably in Treasury
- An analytical mindset is required
- Fully accepts all responsibilities and meets deadlines
- Upper-Intermediate English
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, work with ERP system
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Appropriate handling of sensitive information
- Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and be part of the broader team
- Interested in process improvement
