Currently, we are looking for a VP of Fintech Practice to join our team. With a strong background in fintech and a versatile skill set, you'll play a pivotal role in defining and leading the development of our Fintech practice. As the VP of Fintech at N-iX, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing our Fintech practice strategy. Your extensive fintech experience will enable you to contribute to our growth by developing existing accounts, forging strategic partnerships, and leading our Go-To-Market strategy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Define a comprehensive strategy and lead the development of our Fintech practice, with the goal of establishing N-iX as a dominant player in the field
  • Business Development: Contribute to developing existing accounts and actively seek new opportunities in the Financial Services sector to propel us into a leadership position
  • Strategic Partnerships: Lead partnerships with various Fintech, Payments, and Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) product vendors to enhance our service offerings and elevate our market standing
  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Take the helm of our Go-To-Market strategy for our fintech expertise, ensuring it resonates with market demands and accelerates our emergence as a leader
  • Thought Leadership: Emphasize the importance of thought leadership by becoming a conference speaker and content creator to increase awareness of N-iX
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Leverage your substantial experience in leading cross-functional teams to streamline efficiencies, boost employee morale, and achieve defined goals
  • Vision and Execution: Build a compelling vision and execute a strategy for our Fintech practice while driving lead generation to secure our position as an emerging leader
  • Trend Anticipation: Stay ahead of the curve by anticipating trends in the fintech industry and identifying opportunities for monetization, fueling our emergence as a leader


  • 10+ years of experience in the financial services domain, with a deep understanding of the fintech landscape
  • Proven track record in the IT Services industry, with a strong grasp of technology
  • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
  • A history of championing collaborative efforts to drive efficiency and meet defined goals
  • Strong business development acumen and experience in developing strategic partnerships
  • Thought leadership mindset with a demonstrated ability to create impactful content and speak at conferences
  • Visionary thinking and a passion for driving innovation and change
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent qualifications preferred
