Our customer is a leading fashion retailer and retail innovator. We can not share who they are, but we can assure you that they are taking a big part of your wardrobe and you adore them. We are looking for experienced Scrum Master to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality
  • Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done
  • Causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress
  • Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, efficient, meet the initial purpose and kept within the timebox
  • Helping find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
  • Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
  • Helping establish empirical product planning for a complex environment
  • Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed
  • Removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams
  • Ensuring that all necessary metrics are in place and tracked on regular basis

Requirements:

  • Experience within SW development/engineering/outsourcing industry is a must
  • Technical background is preferred (developer, test engineer, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master
  • English: Advanced or Fluent
  • Strong understanding of Agile SDLC and its philosophy
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Manifesto for Agile Software Development
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Scrum Guide and Scrum Framework

Nice to have:

  • Spanish: Upper-Intermediate+
