We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Middle Business Analyst to join our team. As a Middle Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business goals and our technical teams, you will work directly with our Director or Product Management as a mentor.

You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, as well as identifying opportunities for process improvement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, combined with a strong understanding of software development principles.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems.
• Identify and document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Analyze and prioritize client requests and propose innovative solutions.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and coordinate feedback and bug fixes.
• Ensure timely delivery of quality solutions that meet client expectations.
• Provide post-implementation support and analysis to optimize system performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
