Our client has implemented one common ecommerce platform for all business units based on SAP technology.

We are looking to expand the team to support new functionalities and processes implementation for new SAP projects on top of Core project, upgrade of core functionalities, and their further rollout.

Requirements:

  •  5+ years of experience in SAP SRM  for Senior Level or
    2+ years of experience in SAP SRM  for Middle Level
  • Understanding of P2P process and integration between SAP SRM and SAP ERP/External systems/SaaS Cloud Applications (e.g. Wescale Shopping Cloud)
  • Work with SAP SRM EHP 4, (Release SRM_SERVER 714  SP-Level: 0019)
  • Close communication with 1st and 3rd lines of support s to build professional solutions
  • Monitoring (In/Outbound (via User Interface), Middleware, In/Outbound on backend systems)
  • Monitoring of Transactions within the SAP SRM
  • Reprocessing of documents, e.g. re-transfer of SRM Purchase Orders to ERP, retriggering Workflows in error

Well be a plus:

  • Experience in SAP MM
  • Experience in Wescale Shopping Cloud integration

 

Responsibilities:

SAP SRM Functional 2nd level support including:

  • Incident Management  
  • Application Monitoring  
  • Realization of Standard Service Requests
  • Interfaces monitoring (50+ interfaces are in scope of the support)

  • Goods Receipt
  • OCI Catalogs  
  • custom build central message output  
  • PO Change process 
  • Direct Goods Receipt Booking  
  • Goods Receipt Fiori App  
  • Guided procurement – different buying channels from catalog platform / Wescale cloud  
  • Automatic PO creation process  
  • automatic approver/workflow determination from external system with HR/approver information
