We are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to support our Business Development (BizDev) function with decision-making processes and to lead a comprehensive review and redesign of our KPI and metrics ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Support: Assist BizDev stakeholders with planning, forecasting, performance evaluation, analysis, and reporting to facilitate informed decision-making
  • KPI and Metrics Redesign: Critically review, redesign, and improve existing KPIs and metrics to better align with strategic objectives and business outcomes
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with BizDev managers to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Financial Analysis and Modeling: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to evaluate the financial viability of new opportunities, projects, and partnerships
  • Forecasting and Budget Management: Lead the forecasting process and ensure alignment of initiatives with the company’s financial goals, providing expert guidance on budget management
  • Process Optimization: Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the BizDev function
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify financial risks related to BizDev activities and provide recommendations to mitigate these risks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Financial Management, Financial Analysis, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Finance and Controlling, preferably within an international company.
  • Proven experience in the design of KPIs and metrics.
  • Strong familiarity with the company budgeting process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles;
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills;
  • Proven experience in leading change initiatives;
  • Ability to influence and negotiate at a senior level;
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets;
  • Advanced level of English.
