N-IX is looking for a talented Senior Project/Team Manager to join our team!

Our client is global tax services and software provider, is the largest Firm in the world dedicated exclusively to business taxes. With global headquarters in Dallas, Texas, the Firm provides an integrated suite of federal, state, local, and international tax services on a multijurisdictional basis, including tax recovery, consulting, advocacy, compliance, and technology services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead two existing development teams that build a .Net based SaaS solution from scratch using best practices
- Lead a complete software development process from conception to deployment in an Agile environment (SCRUM)
- Work closely with stakeholders on requirements clarification, planning the project, building roadmap, resolving impediments
- Perform all people management activities: 1:1s, performance appraisals, daily activities support
- Maintain and update software development processes in the team
Requirements:
- 4-5+ years of experience as a Project/Team manager
- PSM or similar certification
- Extensive theoretical knowledge of software engineering
- People-oriented mindset
- Proven experience of managing people and teams
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Willingness to grow skills and capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced level of English
