We are looking for an innovative and dynamic ServiceNow Developer to join our team for one of our USA-based customers in the healthcare sector that provides sophisticated cloud-based enterprise solutions for flexible, efficient, and transparent pharmacy benefits administration, health plans, health systems, as well as new and non-traditional industry entrants.  

You will oversee the configuration of our ServiceNow platform to ensure it meets the needs of our users. We reach a broad range of customers, so we need someone who can develop solutions that make navigation easy to use and provide procedures that enable our staff to match customers with the products and services they need. Night and weekend hours may be required, depending on the needs of each project. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Determine problem areas within our current framework and recommend solutions 
  • Develop processes with ServiceNow that improve user access and navigation 
  • Provide regular updates on project status to supervisors 
  • Analyzing needs and requirements, developing new features, building new components, testing, and troubleshooting bugs. Working closely with software engineers, quality engineers, Product owners, and architecture team to craft great product experiences. knowledge to develop across various web technologies, including ReactJS 
  • To produce high-quality deliverable's in a timely manner that adhere to customer standards 
  • To follow the customer's engineering practices and release process 
  • To assume technical accountability for your work products and provide technical support during design 
  • Providing functional and technical documentation for enablement of new capabilities 
  • Building software that is configurable, modular, simple, intuitive and easy to use to identify and document best practices 


ServiceNow Developer Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer information systems, or a similar field 4+ years of working with ServiceNow 
  • Expert with ServiceNow UI Builder and Portal Development 
  • Expert with ServiceNow Integration methodology and implementation 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  • Flexible schedule 
  • Experience with the application development lifecycle process based on SCRUM, including requirement analysis, quality assurance, design, scheduling, implementation, issue tracking, version control and deployment 
  • A feel for services architecture and REST API best practices 
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and design patterns 
  • Good problem solving and debugging skills
  • Excellent command in English - both, written and spoken (minimum B2 level)
