Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of automated test strategies for various software products, including web & mobile applications, APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand requirements and identify test cases suitable for automation.
- Design and develop robust and maintainable automated test scripts using industry-standard test automation frameworks and tools.
- Perform test data preparation and setup automation testing environments as needed.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Implement continuous integration and continuous testing practices to streamline the testing process and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies, with a focus on optimizing the overall QA workflow.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the overall code quality and testability of the software.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 4+ years of overall AQA experience
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in test automation, such as Java
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar.
- Need to have backend testing experience
- Nice to have DB, Kafka knowledge
- Design patterns
- In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices, including both manual and automated testing.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail.
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
