Now we have an open position of Tax Manager. As a Tax Manager, you will be one of the key team members who will strengthen the N-iX team and contribute to the development of our Tax function.
- Managing personal tax affairs of shareholders in several European countries
- Tax Advisory Services: Provide comprehensive and strategic tax advice to shareholders regarding their personal tax obligations, opportunities, and optimization strategies
- Collaboration with Advisors: Work closely and coordinate efforts with external tax and legal advisors to address complex tax matters and ensure alignment with shareholder needs and regulatory standards
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure that all personal tax activities for shareholders are accurately reported, filed, and compliant with relevant tax laws, codes, and regulations
- Record Keeping: Maintain and organize personal tax records, ensuring they are up-to-date, easily accessible, and compliant with regulatory requirements
- Managing Bank Accounts: Assist in managing bank accounts and responding to inquiries from financial institutions related to shareholders' personal tax matters
- KYC Compliance: Ensure rigorous adherence to KYC procedures for shareholder tax affairs, collaborating with compliance and regulatory teams to provide necessary documentation and information
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks or issues in personal tax matters and develop proactive solutions to mitigate such risks
- Providing ad hoc tax advice to senior management of the company;
- Preparing an overview of personal taxation highlights in the countries where located company’s personnel; providing ad-hoc advice upon request.
- Degree in Tax Law or Economics
- Appropriate experience of at least 5 years in tax consulting (preferably Big4) or as an in-house expert.
- Expert in personal taxation matters and related regulation in the international tax environment.
- Fluent English.
- Detail-oriented individual who takes ownership of projects.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to extract, analyze and review data and make appropriate recommendations
