Product Engineer – Mechanical (#1046)

Requirements: 

• Knowledge of CAD software for 3D design
• Communicative knowledge of English
• Knowledge of the principles of operation of hydraulic systems

Nice to have: 

• Master of Science in an engineering field or similar knowledge of mechanics/mechatronics faculty or derivatives
• 3 years of experience as a product engineer or machine and equipment constructor
• Very good knowledge of English (at a level equivalent to CAE)
• Extensive knowledge of welding, materials science and mechanics, hydraulics and electricity
• Knowledge of control and automation systems
• Knowledge of 3D design tools preferred Catia.

Responsibilities:

• Technical assistance: First R&D contact for MAU on technical issues regarding a given product
• Technical support in consultation with the responsible Chief Engineer regarding requirements and documentation for other departments regarding the construction of elements, subassemblies and finished products
• Product/product group development:
  o Designing options according to customer requirements - Customer Engineering(CE)
  o Design and modification of component parts in the product life cycle – Product Care
  (PC)
  o Verification and testing of options, functionality of a given product on request and
  R&D needs
• Competence management:
  o Building a knowledge base in the subordinate area
  o Managing available knowledge inside and outside MAU
  o Building and maintaining dedicated competencies at the required level
• Obligation to follow the superior's orders regarding work, unless they are inconsistent with
  the law or the employment contract
• The obligation to perform work conscientiously and carefully
• Taking care of the continuous improvement of the Integrated Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety Management System (creating and improving process and system
  documentation and maintaining its constant validity and usefulness, compliance with health and safety and environmental protection regulations (separating waste, preventing leaks,
  following applicable procedures, processes and instructions). in a factory).
