Nice to have:

  • Master of Science in an engineering field or similar knowledge of mechatronic/electrical faculty or derivatives
  • 3 years of experience as a product engineer or machine and equipment constructor
  • Knowledge of CAD software
  • Very good knowledge of English (at a level equivalent to CAE)
  • Extensive knowledge of control and automation systems, electricity, and hydraulics
  • Knowledge of 3D design tools
  • Knowledge of electrical system design tools (E3)
  • Knowledge of Danfoss+1 software tool


  • Technical assistance
    • First R&D contact for MAU on technical issues regarding a given product
    • Technical support in consultation with the responsible Chief Engineer and/or the person responsible from the R&D department regarding requirements and documentation for other departments regarding the design of elements, subassemblies, finished products, and software
  • Product/product group development
    • Designing options in line with customer requirements - Customer Engineering (CE) in the electrical and software area
    • Design and modification of parts of components and software in the product life cycle – Product Care (PC)
    • Verification and testing of options, functionality of a given product on request, and R&D needs
  • Competence management
    • Building a knowledge base in the subordinate area
    • Managing available knowledge inside and outside the Organization
    • Building and maintaining dedicated competencies at the required level
  • Obligation to follow the superior's orders regarding work, unless they are inconsistent with the law or the employment contract
  • The obligation to perform work conscientiously and carefully
