Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the user experience and user interface design of complex enterprise projects.
- Conduct in-depth user research to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and preferences.
- Plan, execute, and analyze user testing sessions to validate design concepts and iterate based on user feedback.
- Collaborate closely with parallel design streams and products to make design decisions consistent and business needs aligned
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with project objectives and user needs.
- Being able to make a decision on-the-go and adjust initial plans to product and customer needs
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across projects.
- Be ready to join mockups and wireframes contribution in case if needed, so as align and maintain the overall research process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in UX/UI design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven experience (7+ years) as a Senior UX/UI designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on complex enterprise projects
- Proficiency in design and UX tools such as Figma, Maze, Hotjar, etс
- Expertise in planning and conducting business and user research, including creating personas, user journeys, and usability testing
- Strong ability to translate user insights into actionable design solutions
- Experience working in an SCRUM development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of leading but also delivering design and project processes
- USA visa and possibility to take business trips are required
- Excellent communication skills to present design ideas and rationale to both internal and external stakeholders. Pitching and public speaking experience is a great plus
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines
- Ability to lead and mentor other designers
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
- Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level of English is must have
