Our Client’s company is a leading provider of call centre software. The company was formed from the merger of five companies working on solutions within the communication domain. Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Skills&Technologies: Ansible, GitLab CI/CD-Pipelines, Docker, (Jenkins), Linux with CentOS
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Well-spoken and written knowledge of the English language (Upper-Intermediate minimum)
  • Computer Science or a similar degree

Nice to have: 

  • Programming Languages (by prioritization): PHP, C++, Go, ot other.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up tools and required infrastructure
  • Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for their adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage
  • Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)
  • Communicate with multi-functional teams to streamline the workflow
