Requirements:
- Proven working experience in Project Manager role 3+ year in IT
- Experience working with medical projects, familiarity with medical regulations (Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC and FDA)
- Hands on knowledge & experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) software development methodologies
- Project management experience in the software development projects
- Deep understanding of Agile values, principles, as well as Scrum framework
- Solid understanding of engineering practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (including upper-intermediate English language skills)
- Ability to communicate over number of contacts from client side and streamlining requests from them into distributed dev team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in project stuffing and people management
- Experience working with Embedded/IoT or Automotive projects would be a great plus
- Having technical background would be a plus
- Possibility to travel when required
Responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation of the best software development practices to meet customer expectations
- Work with DM and recruitment team on team extension
- Work with Team Leads and other team members on project delivery analysis (setting the metrics) and improvements
- Manage team’s performance appraisals, provide feedback on performance and work on goals
- Client satisfaction check
- Blockers resolutions
- Assist with engagement related activities
- Lead the projects
