Now we have an open position of Employment Operations Specialist. As a Employment Specialist, you will be one of the key team members who will strengthen the N-iX team and contribute to the development of our Employment function.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping personnel records of enterprises and their units according to standardized forms of primary accounting documentation
- Timely processing of employee admission, transfers, and dismissals in compliance with labor legislation, regulations, instructions, and orders of the enterprise's management, as well as other established personnel documentation
- Compiling and maintaining personal files of employees, making changes related to employment activities
- Keeping track of employee leaves, ensuring the creation and adherence to vacation schedules, and issuing relevant orders
- Job descriptions and staffing schedules
- Maintaining time reporting records
- Archiving personnel files and preparing documents for submission to the state authorities
- Collaboration with associated corporate functions in implementing changes
- Organizing and overseeing the signing and storage of personnel document
- Audit and description of existing personnel processes and related documents
- Personnel audit and risk assessment
- Optimization of personnel document flow
- Collaboration organization with the EDO (Electronic Document Workflow) service
- Development of internal regulations, their registration, and alignment in accordance with legal norms
- Key stakeholder in technical implementation and management of electronic personnel document workflow
Requirements:
- Mandatory 3+ years of work experience as a HR Inspector
- Relevant education (economics, law, administration)
- Understanding of the specifics of the legal regime in Dyia City will be an advantage
- Experience in independently conducting projects
- Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian Labor Code
- Intermediate level of English
- Familiarity with methodological materials on personnel accounting and movement
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and responsibility
