We are looking for an experienced  Lead Customer Engagement Manager to join our team.  As a Lead Customer Engagement Manager you will be working with a rich pipeline of potential clients focusing on deals conversion/closure of enterprise-size businesses (including world-known market leaders, Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 clients) through management of the whole pre- and process from A to Z. This is a unique direct client-facing role of being the key frontline person to the client throughout the whole journey. It includes development and implement of own strategies leveraging company's rich expertise and portfolio as well as full support of internal N-iX units on the way to successful deals closure.

Functions:

  • Handling top-tier accounts - global leading tech giants
  • Precisely qualify deal/opportunity and define customer need
  • Prospect new business opportunities and contacts, by understanding client structure, needs and propose/execute sales strategy together with presales working group. 
  • Distinguished skills in sales process management, work with different level of internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Fully manage the building services proposal by understanding of Software development methodologies, technologies, SDLC, estimation techniques, potential sales and delivery risks identification. 
  • Developing business documentation, and conducting executive business correspondence in a top-notch consulting manner
  • Implement company priorities from the perspective of strategies, business goals and terms and conditions on which cooperation setup must be implemented. 
  • Lead sales, negotiations, sales process ownership and communication, manage pre-sale group
  • Perfectly present the company's portfolio, expertise and capabilities. 
  • Superior in business and commercial risks identification within a particular sale.
  • Being accountable for the conversion rate and pre-sales team success. Evaluate sales goals and achieve sales results.
  • Oversee and participate in the contract negotiation process.

Requirements:

  • Min 7 years of IT industry experience (out of which min 5 years of working on senior sales positions) including coverage of all stages of the sales cycle, from incoming lead until contract negotiation and execution; account management skills necessary.
  • Experience in sales/business development in IT outsourcing or professional services companies. 
  • M.S./M.A. degree. Additional courses or education is a plus.
  • English - advanced; Other foreign languages are a plus.
  • Having a strong closure and winning mindset, goal focus, get-things-done
  • Excellent deep knowledge of software life cycles (SDLC), software engineering methodologies and frameworks, how IT outsourcing works, cooperation and billing models.
  • Distinguished level of competence in customer needs identification, deal qualification and customer focus. Superior in establishing relationships with key stakeholders of the client.
  • Understand company priorities from the perspective of strategies, goals and terms and conditions on which cooperation setup must be implemented.
  • Able to act as independent stakeholder from N-iX side to close the deal if necessary.
  • Experience working with enterprise sales, procurement and legal.
  • Distinguished skills in negotiations (including ability to speak of N-iX contract, pricing and other terms with client, conduct negotiations, identify risks)
