We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central expert to participate in our client’s product development. The ideal candidate will have broad experience with SuccessFactors and be able to hit the ground running in designing and implementing new SF API integrations.

The SuccessFactors Consultant will be a crucial part of our development team, reporting to the Delivery Manager and responsible for exploring the options and design of the solutions for various SF integrations.

As a critical member of our development team, the SuccessFactors Consultant will collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers to deliver innovative and highly usable solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to set up SAP SuccessFactors configurations
  • Participate in the design of integration solutions between the client and SuccessFactors
  • Configure SAP SuccessFactors API permissions for seamless integration using Snaplogic middleware
  • Provide technical guidance to optimize integration processes for efficiency and quality
  • Facilitate the integration of specific SuccessFactors features
  • Assist in resolving any technical issues that may arise during the integration process
  • Become a critical team member in the active initiative to extend and maintain the product
  • Engage with third-party vendors as needed on planned integrations or to support and maintain existing integrations
  • Contribute to engineering automation, management, or development of production-level systems
  • Participate in system upgrades and ensure the SuccessFactors changes/updates do not disrupt the existing business processes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of SuccessFactors Employee Central integration design/implementation/support experience
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors modules - Employee Central, Central Payroll
  • Solid understanding of HR and payroll processes, and how they integrate within an organization-wide system
  • Experience with various SuccessFactors Integration methods SFAPI, OData API, SFTP
  • Proficiency in SAP Integration Suite tools
  • Proficiency in SQL for extracting and analyzing data
  • Experience and fluency in Web Services standards and technologies (XML, XSLT, XPath, Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of SuccessFactors security
  • Strong communication skills are required
  • Good communication skills, with a required English level of B2+.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results, meeting established standards and expectations.
  • Experience working in Agile environments

Will be a plus:

  • SuccessFactors certification is preferred
  • Experience with the SnapLogic platform
