N-iX is looking for a talented Senior Python Engineer who can become a part of our team and contribute new ideas to product development.
Our customer offers technical solutions for tracking the dynamics and statics of objects in warehouses. To solve the problem, triangulation methods and the Doppler effect are used. All technical equipment, as well as warehousing items are tracked to speed up the search and to navigate the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Developing the methods and writing the program code of triangulation-based identification of the objects in the warehouse
- Create and deliver high-quality features at high velocity
- Proactively improve the health and quality of the codebase
- Suggest new technologies that will increase engineer productivity
- Actively contribute to iteration in our Agile processes
- Architect creative technical solutions to meet product requirements
- Always be learning from and teaching your fellow engineers
Requirements:
- Good understanding of agile processes (Scrum)
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience using Python language
- 1-2 years of experience with Python framework (FastAPI)
- Good knowledge of Docker and Docker compose
- Ideally some experience with Docker swarm and CI/CD (gitlab)
- Upper-Intermediate English level and good communication skills
