N-iX is looking for a Trainee+ QA Support Engineer to join our team.

  • Experience in application testing
  • Basic understanding of AWS services work (to be familiarized with Lambda, CloudWatch, CodeCommit, RDS, S3 services)
  • Upper-Intermediate English level

Would be a plus:

  • Work experience on a support project
  • Basic knowledge of one of the development languages (NodeJS or Java)
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD process
  • Basic knowledge of non-relational databases (DynamoDB)
  • HTML5/CSS3 knowledge, including concepts like flex and grid box layouts, animations, and cross-browser compatibility


  • Perform monitoring activities (run monitoring jobs, analyze issues, escalate issues to the engineering team)
  • Working with internal cross-functional teams to solve technical problems
  • Investigate Technical Issues: reported problems and bugs, identify an issue’s root cause, describe an issue’s symptoms
