We are looking for a Lead Engineering Manager to join and lead several development streams.

As Engineering Manager, you will lead a development stream responsible for core application suitе. You will be provided with the opportunity to involve development teams and non-development stakeholders to achieve the mission-critical goals of the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Lead several development streams ensuring efficiency and business goal achievement
- Establish and evolve engineering process on the development sub-organization level
- Ensure proper level of cooperation between development and product branches across multiple streams
- Lead strategic planning efforts
- Define fundamental guidelines for engineering streams
- Cooperate and align the goals with customer top-management
- Take ownership of analyzing results and incorporating process improvements on a cross-stream level
- Contribute to project prioritization based on development and product inputs
- Deploy and monitor KPI and performance metrics leading to organizational improvements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software development on modern technology .stack (Java, .Net, JS, Python etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role (Engineering Manager or similar)
- Experience managing 10+ teams simultaneously (100+ engineers)
- Experience with DevOps practices and Cloud Native systems
- Exposure to Software Reliability Engineering
- Strong understanding of architecture, quality, and security perspectives on software development
- Proficiency in agile team-level development processes (e.g. Scrum)
- Proficiency with agile software development processes at scale (SAFe, LeSS, etc)
- Experience working in the role of Release Train Engineer would be a plus
- Experience with portfolio management processes
- Strong strategic thinking
- Self-motivation and example-based leadership skill
- Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English level
