We are looking for a Middle International Recruiter. Middle International Recruiter manages the full-cycle of the recruitment process, which means  building appropriate sourcing strategies, screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations. Ensures candidates have a positive recruitment experience and possesses comprehensive knowledge of employment options aligned with the possibilities and collaboration policies in different countries. Conducts feasibility checks for collaboration with future employees. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Duties:

  • Source and reach out to potential candidates through various channels, including international job boards, social media, and networking
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals globally to meet current and future hiring needs in different countries
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, evaluating soft skills, experience, cultural fit and assess the available form of employment in a specific country
  • Provides the candidate with information about employment options in accordance with the possibilities and collaboration policies in different countries; ensures the feasibility check of collaboration
  • Coordinate and conduct initial and follow-up interviews
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, staffing partners to understand specific talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, address concerns, and adjust strategies as needed
  • Communicate transparently with candidates, keeping them informed about their status and next steps
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make strategic recommendations for attracting top talent in different countries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience as an IT Recruiter
  • 1+ years of experience in international staffing will be an advantage 
  • Proven successful experience in closing vacancies in  different countries
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
  • Upper-Intermediate + level of English 
  • Understanding the employment process in various countries, collaboration options, and readiness to consult candidates on these topics
  • Experience in conducting feasibility checks for collaboration with candidates in different countries
