We are looking for a Project Manager (with Scrum Master knowledge) to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring understanding and implementation of the work methodology across the team
- Overseeing the personal/functional management of the development team
- Empowering and motivating the entire team by advocating for product excellence values and fostering an environment of trust and collaboration
- Encouraging team evolution through existing metrics and continuous improvement initiatives on processes, tools, and equipment
- Facilitating team self-management during scrum events, planning activities, and offering tools to handle impediments
- Identifying and addressing inefficiencies in delivery, communication, knowledge, and leadership to eliminate waste
- Assisting the Product Owner (PO) in defining the product backlog with a focus on user interaction and incremental product deliveries
- Assisting the PO and Team in managing dependencies and coordinating deployments aligned with different teams within the same project
- Advocating for effective communication and collaboration within and across teams.
- Providing support to at least two teams
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices within the software development lifecycle while fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
- Resource planning and staffing. Motivating and developing a project team
- Establishing smooth processes and executing process improvements
- The assistance of the Delivery Director in project management
Requirements:
- 4+ years proven experience in IT project management (during last 5 years)
- Understanding and experience of working with software development methodologies (Agile, WF)
- Understanding of the software life cycle (SDLC)
- Successful driving at least two projects (teams) hands-on from initiation to final delivery without supervision
- Proven experience in managing projects with predictive (waterfall ) and adaptive (agile) software development life cycle
- Proven experience in project start and establishing of all necessary processes on the project from scratch
- Proven experience in management of solution-based/fixed-scope/fixed price project
- Proven experience in managing cross-cultural/cross-functional/distributed teams
- Experience in managing at least 15 subordinates simultaneously
- Proven experience in project cost management
- Upper-intermediate English written and verbal communication skills
