We are seeking a dynamic Director of Business Analysis to join our Solution Group. This pivotal role combines technical consulting with team leadership, ensuring our team's capability to handle diverse industrial domains for Fortune 500 clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Business Analyst Unit strategy, focusing on business analysis services and consulting offerings
- Scale and manage a high-performing team of business analysts and product managers to deliver advanced business solutions to various clients
- Drive team activities, including lead generation, technical pre-sales, expertise development, and short- and long-term consulting and implementation projects
- Collaborate with marketing, engagement, delivery, partnerships, client management, and other internal teams for new client acquisition, successful solution delivery, and up-sales on existing accounts
- Be prepared for occasional travel for client workshops, discovery phases, pre-sales activities, and lead-generation events like conferences, round tables, etc.
- Continuously enhance our Business Analysis and Solutions offerings, staying abreast of market needs and modern business analysis and tech trends
- Establish business analysis practices and scale them across the company
- Provide mentorship and education internally
- P&L and budget ownership with corresponding KPI’s (team utilization, revenue, profit, win rate, attrition)
- Reediness for business trips in Europe and the USA.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of extensive experience in Business Analysis, Product or Technology Management
- Deep knowledge and experience in IT outsourcing and consulting business
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Proven success in implementing projects of different complexity, both as a manager and individual contributor
- Experience with consulting on multi-industrial projects and working with diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Optional: PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), IIBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)
