We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team in Colombia. 

Our New York-based customer is an innovative start up providing the ultimate ticket management solution. A user-friendly platform that puts the power in customers’ hands and helps them to save money in case of unwanted fees. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a key development stream ensuring efficiency and business goals achievement
  • Ensure proper level of cooperation between development and product branches across multiple streams
  • Define fundamental guidelines for engineering streams
  • Proactively manage and mitigate project risks 
  • Cooperate and align the goals with customer top-management
  • Take ownership of analyzing results and incorporating process improvements on cross-stream level
  • Contribute to project prioritization based on development and product inputs
  • Deploy and monitor KPI and performance metrics leading to organizational improvements
  • Agile framework implementation


  • 5+ years of experience in software development on modern technology .stack (preferably JavaScript)
  • 3+ years of experience on engineering leadership role
  • Strong understanding of architecture, quality and security perspectives on software development
  • Proficiency in agile team level development process (e.g. Scrum)
  • Strong strategic thinking
  • Self motivation and example based leadership skill
  • Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English level
