N-iX is looking for a skilled AQA Lead to join the team.

Responsibilities:
- Define and enforce QA standards, methodologies, and best practices across the Program;
- Take ownership of Product quality, report status, and quality metrics to the client;
- Set up the AQA process from scratch;
- Lead the planning and execution of testing activities for multiple projects simultaneously;
- Cooperate with Program Manager, Enterprise Architect, Product Manager, and other team managers to maximize the value of implementation;
- Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback;
- Prioritize and plan testing activities across multiple teams;
- Supervise key milestones and artifacts delivery in line with the business and technology objectives;
- Present key achievements, cooperate with client’s stakeholders (managers, SMEs) on the implementation process
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of test automation with solid knowledge and experience in one of the programming languages (JAVA, Javascript, Python), and one more language at a clip;
- Experience and understanding of the Test Management process;
- Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Protractor, Jasmine, etc;
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices
- Experience in setting processes from scratch (inc. Framework and CI process);
- Experience working with scalable multi-stream projects and providing consolidated reporting to C-level management;
- Experience with API testing frameworks like Rest Assured, RestSharp, etc;
- Experience in team leading and coaching (team of 15+ AQA);
- Experience in planning and estimation (10+ projects);
- Fluent English (B2 as a minimum);
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation and knowledge sharing experience
