N-iX is looking for a Middle Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis.
About project
It is an application that focuses on trading solutions and provides corporate clients with a comprehensive suite of customization functionality, flexibility, and predictability. Its main goal is to allow clients to conduct trading smoothly and manage deals according to business regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize business processes;
- Investigate new business requests and analyze feasibility;
- Adapt business requirements for project needs;
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and technical teams to gather and clarify requirements;
- Translate technical language into business language to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and solutions;
- Translate business language into technical language to ensure a clear understanding of requirements by technical teams;
- Participate in testing and implementing new features in the Trading system;
- Find solutions to complex business problems related to Trading systems and processes;
Working Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Knowledge of business process analysis methodologies (BPMN, UML);
- Familiar with SQL requests process and experience working with databases are a plus;
- Knowledge of trading system functionality and operation principles is a plus;
- Experience working with JIRA and Confluence;
- Ability to facilitate meetings and clearly communicate technical information to business stakeholders;
- Ability to translate technical language into business language and vice versa;
- Ability to investigate new business requests and analyze feasibility and impact on trading systems and processes;
- Ability to find solutions to complex technical problems related to trading systems and processes;
- Ability to work in a team and focus on results;
- Analytical mindset and ability to find non-standard solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technologies
