Currently, we are looking for Tax Analyst who will be responsible for supporting Group corporate tax compliance, planning, and reporting. The role involves participating in cross-functional projects, with global colleagues and tax advisors, centered on the tax classification process, providing guidance and assistance on tax risk management.
Key responsibilities:
- Support corporate tax compliance, including review of externally prepared CIT, VAT, WHT tax returns for N-iX legal entities across EMEA, North America and LATAM, review and approval of tax payments and review of financial statements to ensure tax compliance
- Partner with internal stakeholders such as reporting, accounting and legal teams to support tax-related initiatives and transactions
- Stay updated on changes to tax laws and regulations, recommending and implementing projects to address new requirements and business initiatives
- Assist the Head of Tax in strategic tax planning, transfer pricing compliance, and providing tax advice for business operations
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of tax processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of corporate tax experience, Big4 experience is an advantage
- Practical knowledge of accounting. Knowledge of EMEA/US tax compliance an advantage
- Master's degree in Taxation, Finance, or Accounting
- Proficiency in business English, ranging from B1 to C2 level
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Able to prioritize workload in order to meet compliance deadlines and business demands
- The ability and willingness to pick up and develop technical knowledge on the job, through formal training sessions and through self-education (desirable).
