Middle Windows System Administrator (#1601)

We are looking for Middle Windows System Administrator.

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end support to users via phone, email, and in-person to resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
• Under direct supervision, provide first level technical support to end-users for computer hardware, software, network related problems.
• Deploy and administer IT systems in the assigned region, including end-user desktops, laptops, computing servers, network equipment, voice and video hardware and mobile devices.
• Manage desktop images, conduct upgrades, perform security patching, and configure systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Resolve incidents escalated by the call center or security operations center within appropriate priorities and urgencies.
• Provide effective troubleshooting and accurate solutions to advanced hardware and software computing problems for Windows, mobile devices, printers, peripherals.
• Implement and maintain both wired and wireless network connections between devices, ensuring reliable communication.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a system administrator or other relevant experience
• Flexible, reliable person with good communication skills, the ability to work independently.
• OS: Windows 10/11
• Network technologies: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• Hardware: PC/laptops, switches, routers, access points, printers, video conference devices
• Upper-Intermediate English
• Part time (3 days per week in the office)
