N-iX is looking for a skillful Technical Product Manager to join our team.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of the account expansion, developing a  work stream and collaborating with many business stakeholders as well as technical stakeholders across the customer organization. You will be responsible for the stream products vision, roadmap and business/high-level technical requirements and leading a team of business analysts who are working with the technical teams. Products are related to the data and analytics domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, including SMEs, customer products, and executives.
  • Contribute to and provide inputs for a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the customer’s overall objectives.
  • Track and report on delivery progress according to roadmap, adjust roadmap in case of priorities changes or dependencies revealed.
  • Elicit business and user needs, capture high level requirements and prioritize them.
  • Lead a team of business analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Communicate with other streams to reveal cross dependencies between streams that affect the roadmap.
  • Closely collaborate with architects, engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of product development and delivery.
  • Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery and design to development, training, and release.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, or Lead business analysis, preferably with a focus on enterprise level projects.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs, telling a compelling story.
  • Experience in communication and reporting to C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience building relationships with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships and influencing a matrix organization
  • Experience in any one of the following technology domains: Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), Big Data, Data Lake/Data Platforms, EDW, Data Integration, ETL, MDM, Data Governance, Cloud Technologies. 
  • Strong technical background or previous engineering experience is a plus
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies and cross-team collaboration processes.
  • Creating product strategy, vision and roadmap.
  • Leading the product or business analysts team.
  • Advanced English level.
