N-iX is looking for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central) Expert to join our team! Our customer is the nation's leading physician-owned and operated wound care management company with certified specialists deployed in over 15 states and growing. They leverage the enormous power of Artificial Intelligence to achieve superior wound-healing outcomes in long-term care facilities across the country. Their full-service "Precision Wound Care Management" strategy synergistically produces one of the highest wound healing rates in the industry. Their tools include Digital Wound Management, Mobile Vascular Testing, Telemedicine, Advanced Wound Care Supplies, Remote Vitals Monitoring, Infection Control System, and WP Supply. The Business Central Subject Matter Expert will serve as a key resource in ensuring the successful integration and optimisation of Business Central within the organisation. The Expert, we are looking for, will leverage their expertise to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, focusing on enhancing financial processes and data management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and technical expertise on Business Central to support integration and customization efforts.
- Serve as a primary consultant of the business improvement, provide valid information about required updates and changes.
- Collaborate with the Power Apps Developer to map business processes and recreate them within Power Apps.
- Connect data sources and ensure seamless integration between Business Central and other systems.
- Assist in the integration of the order module of EHR software with Business Central.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, both as a consultant and as a technical expert.
- Strong financial background to understand and optimise financial processes within Business Central.
- Experience in data integration and mapping business processes for application development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with the Director of Enterprise Applications and other stakeholders.
- Ability to provide valuable insights and recommendations for improving business processes through technology
- Problem-solving mindset to address complex challenges and find innovative solutions.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
