N-iX is looking for a dynamic, data-driven Marketing Manager to help us promote N-iX and its services to global audiences. You'll be responsible for ideating, creating, and using lead magnets to attract potential customers' interest and generate high-quality leads. The right person for this role should be able to understand our target audience and our client's pain points, develop engaging content, and launch effective digital marketing campaigns. 


  • Create compelling lead magnets, guides, and other content for various industries and target audiences;
  • Plan, launch and measure digital marketing campaigns;
  • Engage with colleagues across the company to create unique content that reflects our customer value proposition;
  • Develop a broad range of high-quality marketing copies to promote company services, increase brand awareness, attract site visitors, and generate leads;
  • Gather insights and conduct market research;
  • Work with designers to create appealing visuals;
  • Systematically analyze and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing activities and identify opportunities for improvements;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' digital marketing strategies by actively tracking and analyzing the market.


  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, tech, or related fields;
  • Advanced+ level of English, excellent writing skills in English;
  • Experience in content promotion and distribution;
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms;
  • Experience with key marketing analytics tools and methodologies;
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior and digital marketing trends;
  • Experience in prompting and navigating AI tools, such as ChatGPT;
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and easy-to-understand content that resonates with a variety of audiences;
  • People and project management skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Collaborative working style; a positive team-oriented attitude.
