N-iX is looking for a skillful Lead Business Analyst to join our team.
As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of the account expansion, developing a work stream and collaborating with many business stakeholders across the customer organization. You will be responsible for the stream product vision, roadmap and business requirements and leading a team of business analysts who are working with the technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, including SMEs, customer products, and executives.
- Contribute to and provide inputs for a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the customer’s overall objectives.
- Track and report on delivery progress according to roadmap, adjust roadmap in case of priorities changes or dependencies revealed.
- Elicit business and user needs, capture high-level requirements, and prioritize them.
- Lead a team of business analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Communicate with other streams to reveal cross-dependencies between streams that affect the roadmap.
- Collaborate with architects, UX/UI, and development teams to ensure seamless execution of product development and delivery.
- Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery and design to development, training, and release.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management or Lead business analysis, preferably with a focus on enterprise-level projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs, telling a compelling story.
- Experience in communication and reporting to C-level stakeholders.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and cross-team collaboration processes.
- Creating product strategy, vision and roadmap.
- Leading the product or business analysts team.
- Advanced English level.
