We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical/Team Leader to join our team and lead the development of our web components library based on Stencil.js for our customer - a global technology powerhouse focusing on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of a web components library using Stencil.js.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team and foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
  • Present technical concepts and project updates in a clear and concise manner.
  • Manage team workloads and ensure smooth and timely releases, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and teams.

 

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience
  • Extensive experience with Stencil.js for building web components is a must
  • Experience in building and maintaining design systems is a must
  • Proficient in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.js (the engineers on the project work with different frameworks. Ideally, it should be an engineer with experience in both React and Angular)
  • Advanced level of English 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Relevant experience as both a tech lead and a team lead 
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Previous experience working in large enterprises or with enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of modern front-end development practices.
