We are seeking a Lead React Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting cutting-edge solutions tailored for the automotive industry, aimed at optimizing supply chain visualization, management, and analysis. You will have the opportunity to work on cloud-native products known for their scalability and superior performance at an enterprise level. - Expertise in building and maintaining cloud-native architecture.
- Adopting a design-first, implementation-focused approach.
- Leveraging React and other relevant technologies to develop innovative solutions that address the unique challenges of supply chain visualization, management, and analysis in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities :
- Actively engaging in development meetings to stay abreast of new technologies and understand the company's vision and objectives.
- Playing a key role in technical planning meetings, collaborating with colleagues to discuss user stories and decompose tasks with the end result in mind.
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality products through meticulous practices such as documentation, code reviews, unit tests and comprehensive monitoring.
- Collaborating closely with the product manager to ensure the team's clear understanding of the project's purpose.
- Proactively escalating issues to the Head of Development when assistance is required.
- Aligning with the team's goals during daily stand-up meetings.
- Advocating for improvement suggestions during retrospective meetings that lead to positive changes.
Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience with React and React Ecosystem (React hooks, Redux, Redux-saga) is a must
- The ability to travel on business trips
- Experience with TypeScript
- 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with SCSS, responsive design, BEM methodology
- Experience with Webpack set up, npm libraries creation and support
- Experience with Cypress / Playwright, Jest, Enzyme, react testing utils
- Understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, principles of clean code;
- Experience with micro-frontend architecture, understanding of pros and cons
- Understanding of Git flow
Nice to have :
- Experience with charting libraries (like D3.js)
