N-iX is looking for a Workday Engineer to join our team.
Our client is one of the largest operators of non-franchised collision repair centers and one of the major retail auto glass operators in North America in terms of number of locations and sales. The Company currently operates locations in Canada and in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, implement, maintain, and enhance Workday Integrations
- Maintain quality, consistency and integrity of integrations and data processing
- Prepare quality documents for all system configurations and processes
- Monitor all integration processing; perform tests on all system integration changes; perform troubleshooting of all technical processes
- Develop custom Workday Studio integrations; XML transformations and all other integration methods supported by Workday
- Investigate Technical Issues: reported problems and bugs, identify an issue’s root cause, and describe an issue’s symptoms
- Ability to work with Business representatives on requirements
- Document support ticket resolution and apply these fixes for customers
- Scalability and performance optimization
Requirements:
- Qualified professional with 4-7 years of experience working as Workday Developer (HCM & Financials)
- Experience with all phases of Workday Implementation such as Requirement Gathering, Analysis, Design, Development, and Testing
- Designed and built both inbound and outbound integrations in various segments of the Workday system using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connectors
- Extensive custom studio development experience
- Hands-on creating Finance integrations using Workday Connectors like CCW, PICOF, PECI, ADP Connectors, Banking connectors, Finance connectors, and CCBs
- Experience developing various robust simple, advanced, and matrix custom reports in various HCM and Finance modules
- Good HCM and FIN functional knowledge
- Experience with Workday Enterprise Information Builder(EIB), Studio, Integration Cloud
- Experienced with XSLT, Document Transformation, Workday Report Writer
- Proficiency with Postman, SoapUI
- Basic knowledge of Java and JS
- Understanding of the principles of interface monitoring design and build
- Confident in Agile processes
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Upper-Intermediate level of English

- Basic understanding of HR and FI processes
- Understanding of how to work with highly loaded interfaces
