As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of the account expansion, covering the work stream, supporting with reporting to C-level stakeholders, and setting up best practices of requirement processing in the team. You will help a platform team to ensure all the streams are aligned between themselves, and with the company's vision and goals. 

Responsibilities:

• Elicitate, gather,  and consolidate  requirements from technical and business stakeholders, BA’s and PdMs from other streams;
• Define and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the customer’s overall objectives.
• Engage with technical and business stakeholders, BA’s and PdMs from other streams to create a prioritized valuable backlog;
• Collaborate closely with development teams throughout sprints to align on the product vision and deliver effective solutions.
• Coordinate efforts with other POs, PdMs and BAs across the organization to ensure successful deliveries and cohesive outcomes.
• Creating documentation (user guides, technical guides, presentations).
• Work with tech deliverables and prioritize them against of business deliverables 

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Technical background, experience in software development, data engineer, qa, etc.
• Proven experience in a BA role on a product with a significant BE component.
• Extensive experience in gathering and analyzing requirements from business stakeholders, creation of WBS, writing User Stories, decomposing work and facilitation of prioritization of work.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs, telling a compelling story
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Understanding of  scaled agile methodologies and cross-team collaboration processes.
• Experience with enterprise platforms would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Atlassian Suite (Jira and Confluence)
• At least Upper-Intermediate English level.
